Langrial (لنگر يا ل) is one of the union councils of Kharian Tehsil, Gujrat District in the Punjab province of Pakistan.[2] Langrial is situated on both side of Kotla Arab Ali Khan-old Gulyna road, which goes from Kotla Arab Ali Khan to Gulyna. Langrial is 2 km away from Kotla Arab Ali Khan. The town was founded in 1478 by Ratan Langrial[3] who came from Multan.

Road Towards Ladiyan

The headquarters of the Union Council is Langrial,[citation needed] which lies almost midway between Bhimber, Azad Kashmir and Gujrat.

Bangial village, , , , , , Ladian, Sriya and are the villages of Union Council Langrial.

The village derives its name from the Langrial tribe of Jats.[citation needed]
