Lars-Göran Arwidson (born 4 April 1946 in Malung) is a Swedish biathlete. He competed at the 1968, 1972 and 1976 Winter Olympics.

At the 1968 Winter Olympics in Grenoble, he won a bronze medal with the Swedish relay team, in 4 x 7.5 km relay, and finished 17th in the 20 km.[1] At the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo, he won a bronze medal in the 20 km, and finished 5th in the relay.[1]

He is the father of Tobias Arwidson.[2]
