Las Palomas is a 501(c)(3) women's organization, based in Scottsdale, Ariz. The group was founded in 2003[1] by Beth McRae and Donna Johnson with 22 community leaders. The group's mission is to raise awareness of and funds for low-profile women's and children's charities in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Since its inception, it has raised over $1 million for area charitable organizations, such as Phoenix Children's Hospital, Teen Lifeline, Gabriel's Angels, MASK, Not My Kid, Camp Sunrise, Sojourner Center, Crisis Nursery, and .
