Lasselsberger is an Austrian-based manufacturer of ceramic wall and floor surfaces.[1] With 67 production plants and 13.200 employees in 17 countries the Lasselsberger group, with its headquarters in Austria, is one of the leading companies in Europe for raw materials, building materials and ceramic products.[2]

Operations in Romania[]

The Austrian-based group holds one manufacturing facility in Romania, at Cluj-Napoca (), after it shut down production units in Lugoj and Bucharest in 2008 and June 2009 respectively.[1] Lasselsberger started its operations in the local market at the end of 2004 and is active through two companies, Lasselsberger SA and Sanex Cluj.[1] It is the largest producer of ceramic wall and floor surfaces in the local market.[3]
