Lee Chambers (born 22 May 1985[1]) is a British psychologist,[2] entrepreneur and radio host.[3] Chambers has been interviewed by Vogue,[4] The Guardian,[5] and Newsweek,[6] and is known for analyzing the psychological aspects of color and workplaces.[7] He was born in Bolton, United Kingdom, and is the founder of PhenomGames[8] and Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing.

Education[]

Chambers holds a BSc in International Business Psychology[9] and an MSc in Environmental Psychology from the University of Surrey.[10]

Career[]

Chambers founded the video game company PhenomGames in 2008. He has worked as a performance psychologist for elite sports clubs, including Manchester City F.C and Everton F.C.[11][12][13] In 2020, he sold PhenomGames to Dangaard.[14] His research interests are Well-being and Color psychology.

Lee Chambers is the founder of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing,[15] a company that delivers mental wellbeing initiatives to other organizations.[16] Chambers is part of the Oppo Color Counsel, alongside actress Amy Jackson.[17][18][19]

Chambers is the host of the Self Aware Entrepreneur Show and was voted in the Top 50 BAME Entrepreneurs Under 50 in 2020 alongside Nitin Passi, Eric Yuan and Rangan Chatterjee.[20] He has also been recognized for his entrepreneurial journey by Startups.co.uk with Anne Boden, Ben Francis and Steven Bartlett.[21] In 2020, Chambers was nominated for the Lancashire Business View awards.[22]
