Lepidotrema is a genus of monopisthocotylean monogeneans, belonging to the family Diplectanidae.[1][2] All its species are parasites on fish.[2] The type-species is Johnston & Tiegs, 1922.
The genus Squamodiscus Yamaguti, 1934 [3] is considered a junior synonym of Lepidotrema.[2]
