Lester Joseph (born 26 February 1993) is a Saint Lucian footballer who plays for the Saint Lucian national team.

He debuted on 22 March 2015 in a friendly match with Guyana national football team in a 2-0 defeat. He also appeared in the qualification of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.

On 22 March 2019, Joseph scored his first goal for St. Lucia with a 3-2 victory against Aruba, resulting a qualification spot to League B.[3]
