Let There Be Morning is a 2021 Israeli drama film directed by Eran Kolirin,[1] based on the Palestinian novel Let There Be Morning (Arabic: ليكن صباحا‎) by Sayed Kashua.[2][3] In June 2021, the film was selected to compete in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival.[4] However, the Palestinian cast of the film opposed the categorization of the film as "Israeli," and withdrew from the Cannes Film Festival in protest.[5][6][7]
