After turning down an improved contract at Carlisle United,[6] he signed for Leeds United on 1 July 2019 for an undisclosed fee,[7] agreeing a three-year deal at the club.[8][9] He signed a new two-year contract with the club in September 2021, running until summer 2023.[10][11]
