Linus Shashipapo Secondary School

Linus Shashipapo Secondary School, founded 1974, is the oldest school in the former Kavango Region of Namibia.[1] It is named after , Hompa (king) of the Gciriku from 1945 to 1984.[2] Notable alumni of the school are John Mutorwa, Minister of Agriculture, Water and Forestry, Elijah Ngurare, Secretary of the SWAPO Party Youth League.[1] Samuel Mbambo, Governor of Kavango East Region, , and , chairperson of the .
