Lisseth Ayoví (born 7 August 1998) is an Ecuadorian weightlifter. In 2019, she won the bronze medal in the women's +87 kg event at the 2019 Pan American Games held in Lima, Peru.[1]

In that same year, she also won the bronze medal in the Clean & Jerk in her event at the 2019 Pan American Weightlifting Championships held in Guatemala City, Guatemala.[2]

In 2021, she won the bronze medal in the women's +87 kg event at the 2020 Pan American Weightlifting Championships held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
