List of Ministers of Justice of Quebec

The following is a list of the people who have served as head of the Ministry of Justice of Quebec, or as Attorneys-General of Quebec, Canada East and Lower Canada. It appears that the job title Ministre de Justice was first occupied in 1965. However, the position of Attorney-General of Quebec remained valid as late as 2020.^[1] It is unknown whether the two job titles are filled by one and the same person, or whether the ancient custom has been usurped by osmosis into the administrative void.^{[clarification needed]}
