Zamalek Sporting Club (Arabic: نادي الزمالك الرياضي), commonly referred to as Zamalek, is an Egyptian sports club based in Cairo, Egypt. The club is mainly known for its professional football team, which currently plays in the Egyptian Premier League, the top tier of the Egyptian football league system. The Zamalek SC football team has had 50 different managers, including caretaker managers, throughout its history since 1946.[n 1][1]

Jesualdo Ferreira, considered by many to be one of the greatest Zamalek SC managers, as he led the team to win the Egyptian Premier League in the 2014–15 season, after a 11 years drought from league titles, he also led the team to win the 2014–15 Egypt Cup, achieving the double
Christian Gross, considered by many to be one of the greatest Zamalek SC managers, as he led the team to win the 2018–19 CAF Confederation Cup, after a 17 years drought from African titles, he also led the team to win the 2018 Saudi-Egyptian Super Cup
