May 19, 1977 Leningrad, RSFSR 6 3[n 1] 9 Anatoly Fedorenko killed 6 cadets and wounded 2, was also injured by one of the wounded cadets.[1]
August 7, 1976 Letipea, ESSR 11[n 1] 13 24 Letipea massacre: An unknown soldier killed 10 and wounded more than 13 people and then shot himself.
December 13, 1975 Permsky District, RSFSR 5[n 2] 15[n 1] 20 Alexander Zhidkov and Mikhail Veretelnik killed 4 people and wounded 14 others. Zhidkov was injured by the police.[2]
July, 1972 Kuressaare, ESSR 4[n 1] 0 4 An unknown soldier shot 3 people and himself.[3]
November 23, 1970 Murmansk Oblast, RSFSR 3 4[n 1] 7 Yuri Gaev shot 3 soldiers and wounded 3 others.[4]
September 26/27, 1968 Kursk, RSFSR 14[n 1] 11 25 Shooting at the Kursk Railway Station Square: Victor Korshunov and Yury Surovtsev shot 13 people and wounded 11. Korshunov killed by Surovtsev.
September 7, 1964 Malyy Melik, RSFSR 6 1 7 Yuri Ilyasov shot 6 people and wounded 1.[5]
July 26, 1959 Vaindloo, ESSR 7 0 7 Theodore Matvievsky shot 7 people.[6]
February 11, 1958 Lyamino, RSFSR 7 6 13 Mikhail Tselousov shot 7 people and wounded 6 others.[7]
May 1, 1954 Arkhangelsk, RSFSR 2 4[n 1] 6 Shooting at Trade Unions Square in Arkhangelsk: Nikolai Gavrilovich Romanov shot 2 people and wounded 3 others.
July 26, 1925 Ivankovo, RSFSR 17 3 20 Ivankovo massacre: Peter Grachev shot 17 people and injured 3 others.[8]
