Lista de Espera (Waiting List) is a 2000 Cuban film directed by Juan Carlos Tabío. It was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2000 Cannes Film Festival.[1]

In the film, people waiting in a bus station start building a little society of their own. Some suggest that the society created resembles the Communist ideal that the Cuban government has tried to accomplish, whilst others see the film as a critique of the failures of the Cuban system.[citation needed]
