Lock 3 is a community in the city of St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. It borders Regional Road 81 to the north, Secord Woods to the south, Welland Canal to the east, and Emmett Road to the west.

Kernahan is to the north, Secord Woods is to the south, Welland Canal and Niagara-on-the-Lake is to the east, and Kernahan, is to the west.
