Carlota "Lota" C. Delgado-de la Rosa (May 19, 1921 – April 28, 2009)[1][2] was a Filipina actress noted mostly for her pre-World War II career. She was born in Iloilo City, Philippines.

She largely stopped acting after marrying fellow actor and future Senator Rogelio dela Rosa.[3]

She died on April 28, 2009 in Manila, Philippines.
