Lyctocoridae is a family of bugs, formerly classified within the minute pirate bugs of the family Anthocoridae.[1]

Habitat and behavior[]

Species mostly feed on other small soft-bodied arthropods.

Systematics[]

Recent phylogenetic work supports the treatment of Lyctocoridae as a family separate from Anthocoridae, as well as the recognition of the family Lasiochilidae.[1]
