Mózgowo [muzˈɡɔvɔ] (German: Mosgau)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Iława, within Iława County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) west of Iława and 76 km (47 mi) west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945, the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
