Majdan Sobieszczański (Polish pronunciation: [ˈmajdan sɔbjɛʂˈtʂaj̃skʲi]) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Niedrzwica Duża, within Lublin County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south of Niedrzwica Duża and 27 km (17 mi) south-west of the regional capital Lublin.

Bishop Stanisław Stefanek was born in Majdan Sobieszczański in 1936.
