Makhabbat Umutzhanova (born 11 August 1994) is a Kazakhstani professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team A.R. Monex.^[2]

For the 2021 season, Umutzhanova will join the Dubai Police team for its first season at UCI level.^[3]
