Malle Maltis

Malle Maltis (born 11 March 1977 in Tallinn) is an Estonian composer.[1]

In 1999, she started to study the composition at Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre.[1]

She is teaching composition and electronic music at Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. Since 2013, she is a music director of Estonian Drama Theatre.[1]

Since 2004, she is a member of Estonian Composers' Union.[1]

Awards:

  • 2004: 1st prize at the International Electroacoustic Music Competition Musica Nova in Prague[1]
  • 2010: 1st place of the 3rd ECPNM contest for live-electronic music works[1]
