Manaia Digiovanni Lee Siania-Unutoa (born 19 January 1995) is an American Samoan women's footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Black Roses.[2]

Siania-Unutoa made her international debut for American Samoa on 24 August 2018 as captain, starting in the 2018 OFC Women's Nations Cup qualification match against the Solomon Islands.[3]
