Manuel "Manny" Franco (born December 19, 1994)[2] is a Puerto Rican professional jockey, best known for winning the 2020 Belmont Stakes riding Tiz the Law.[3][4]

Listed at 5 feet 1 inch (1.55 m) and 112 pounds (51 kg),[2] Franco has been riding professionally since 2013.[1] As of June 2020, he has won 1,357 of his 9,435 career starts, and has finished in-the-money in 42% of his starts.[1]
