Manuel Padilla Jr. (May 13, 1955 – January 29, 2008) was an American child actor. He is best remembered for playing Jai on Ron Ely's Tarzan television series of the mid to late 1960s. As a young adult, he appeared in American Graffiti (1973). He also appearing in episodes of Rawhide, Bonanza, Gunsmoke, Happy Days and The Flying Nun.
Manuel Padilla Jr. died on January 29, 2008 at age 52.[1]
