Marco Borges is a New York Times best-selling author,[1] an exercise physiologist and the founder & CEO of 22 Days Nutrition,[2] a plant-based lifestyle solutions[clarification needed] company with a popular vegan nutrition program and meal delivery service. Working as celebrity personal trainer,[3] Borges inspired Jay-Z[4] and Beyonce[5] to adopt a plant-based lifestyle. He's also known for working with Jennifer Lopez, Ryan Seacrest, Pharrell Williams and Gloria Estefan, among others.[6]
Borges has appeared on Good Morning America,[7] The Today Show,[8] The View [9] Dr. OZ,[10] Steve Harvey[11] sharing the benefits of his 22-Day Revolution.
