Marcus Flather

Marcus Denis Flather FRCP (born December 1957)[1] is Clinical Professor in Medicine at Norwich Medical School at the University of East Anglia. He is a specialist in cardiology and a recognised expert in clinical trials.[2][3]

He was educated at Rugby School,[4] graduated from the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, University of London in 1982 and trained in general medicine and cardiology in London and Oxford.[2] He is a former Director of the Clinical Trials and Evaluation Unit (CTEU) at the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals.[2] He completed an MBA at the University of East Anglia in 2016.

He has an h-index of 103 according to Google Scholar.[5]
