Martha Karagianni (Greek: Μάρθα Καραγιάννη; born 6 November 1939)[1] is a Greek film actress. She was born in Athens, to Pontic parents, but grew up in Keratsini. She was one of the most popular actresses of the 1960s.[1] She starred in many films, 19 of which were produced by Finos Film.[1]
