Martine Broda ((1947-03-17)17 March 1947 in Nancy – (2009-04-23)23 April 2009 in Paris) was a French poet, literary critic and translator.

Although having studied both writing and philosophy, Broda turned chiefly to writing poetry, becoming a member of the poetry group for the review . She also worked for the French National Centre for Scientific Research, researching modern poetry.

She translated and wrote commentaries on the German-language poems of Paul Celan.

She is buried in Montparnasse Cemetery.
