Marverine Cole is a British radio and television presenter and news reporter from Birmingham, England. She formerly presented on shopping channel QVC UK and formerly worked for BBC Midlands Today, BBC Radio WM, Imagine FM, ITV Central News, Sky News, and Touch FM.[1][2]
She studied for a degree in business studies at De Montfort University (graduating in 1993), and a postgraduate diploma in broadcast journalism at the University of Central England in Birmingham.[3]
Joining Sky News, she presented the overnight slot, and reported on various stories.[1]
As a freelance radio producer, she made Ladies with Lyrics, an hour-long documentary about UK female rappers for BBC Radio 1Xtra,[4] and co-produced a half-hour documentary for BBC Radio 4 about female gambling addicts.[5]
She has won several awards for her beer blog, Beer Beauty, and has appeared as a beer expert in the media.[6]
