Massimo Capra (born May 24, 1960) is an Italian restaurant consultant and celebrity chef based in Toronto, Ontario. He is known for his appearances on CityTV's Cityline, Global's The Morning Show, and Food Network shows, Restaurant Makeover, Chopped: Canada, Top Chef Canada and Wall of Chefs.

Capra is (in 2014) working on a new restaurant venue modeled after his successful Toronto airport restaurant - Boccone's in Doha, UAE and several other ventures.[citation needed] He is currently owner of Capra's Kitchen in Mississauga and in partnership with Mohamad Faki of Paramount Fine foods in the successful MASEMO concept, Lebanese flavoring and Italian know how in Pizza

Capra had a monthly column in The Globe and Mail’s "New Life" section. Several of his recipes have appeared in print, and was the food editor for Canadian Home Trend Magazine for several years.

His first full cook book, One-Pot Italian,[1] was published by Allen & Unwin in September 2007, followed by the award winning "Three Chefs the kitchen men" in 2012

Massimo Capra was the Brand Ambassador for Buitoni Pizza, Samsung appliances, Silani cheese, Kraft Olive Oil Dressings and currently raises awareness for Grana Padano, Prosciutto di Parma and Prosciutto di San Daniele.[citation needed]
