Maxim Alexander Baldry (born 5 January 1996[citation needed]) is an English actor, best known for his roles as Viktor Goraya in Years and Years, Liam Donovan in Hollyoaks, Stepan in Mr. Bean's Holiday alongside Rowan Atkinson, and Ed in Last Christmas.
Early life[]
Baldry's mother is Russian and he grew up speaking Russian.[1]
Career[]
Baldry first gained recognition when starring in Mr. Bean's Holiday alongside Rowan Atkinson. In 2020, Baldry had a guest role in the Doctor Who episode The Haunting of Villa Diodati as John Polidori. After circling a role in the Amazon Prime Video adaptation of The Lord Of The Rings for several months,[2] he was confirmed to have joined the ensemble cast in December 2020.[3]
