Maya Sondhi (born 1983)[1] is a British television actress and screenwriter of Indian origin. She was born in Birmingham, England.[2] Whilst studying for her A-levels, she became interested in acting, attending the Midlands Arts Centre and then spending three weeks with the National Youth Theatre before going on to study at LAMDA.[3][4]
She is mainly known for her roles in Citizen Khan, Family Affairs and Line of Duty.[5][6][7][8]
