Mayura School

Mayura School is a non-governmental school in Jaipur, India, affiliated to ICSE board, New Delhi, currently headed by Mr Vatsyayana Sharma.

The school was founded by Mr. Dushyant Singh & Mrs. Usha Singh, who are the school Directors.

The school was started in 1982. However it was officially affiliated with the ICSE Board on 17 July 1989, which is considered as its official 'foundation day'. 17 July is celebrated as the school's "Foundation Day" every year.

The assets include open space, gardens and lawns, a mini swimming pool, art and music facilities, library, computer lab, science laboratories, games facilities and school transport. Classes range from nursery to grade X. Initially the school was till standard V till 1995, but with every growing year, a class was being extended. It has 4 houses namely Avantika, Eklavya, Samanvaya, Kavisha.

The school is often seen by many as one of the best educational centres in Jaipur for school-children. The school is situated in a close to nature environment. Peacocks can often be sighted in the school premises. Major construction has a heritage look.
