Mellisa Santokhi-Seenacherry.

Mellisa Santokhi-Seenacherry is a Surinamese lawyer who is the First Lady of Suriname as the wife of President Chan Santokhi.[1]

Personal life[]

Seenacherry became First Lady of Suriname her long-term partner Chan Santokhi became president after winning the 2020 Surinamese general election in May 2020.[2] The couple married in a private ceremony in July 2020.[3]
