Ramu is affectionate towards her and takes care as his own sister. The Govt. appoints a special CID Officer Shekar (N. T. Rama Rao) to block these scandals. Once, Ramu is caught by Shekar and sends him to Juvenile home. In the home, Ramu is reformed under the guidance of school Principal Shanti Devi (K. R. Vijaya). Meanwhile, Shekar is behind Dayanidhi & Brahmam and waiting for an opportunity to catch them. In between the prison, Ramu gets out with permission to meet Susheela when Shekar follows him and recognizes Susheela as his past love who has been sold by her maternal uncle. Shekar whole-heartedly accepts Susheela and takes her along with him. Meanwhile, Ramu releases and decides to make straight the remaining people who suffer at the hands of Dayanidhi and Brahmam. So, he reenters the gang, passes on information to Shekar, transforms his gang members and enacts them as good citizens.
