Mercè Bonell

In this Catalan name, the first or paternal surname is Bonell and the second or maternal family name is Bertran; both are generally joined by the conjunction "i".

Mercè Bonell i Bertran is an Andorran politician, first female member of the General Council after replacing a councilor on 20 November 1984, office she held until 1986. She was member of the Liberal Party of Andorra.[1][2][3]
