Metro Clark is a loosely defined area which includes portions of Pampanga and Tarlac. The area was the site of Clark Air Base, a former military base by the United States.[1]

Scope[]

The Metro Clark area covers the following towns and cities.[1][2][3] The scope of this area may include or exclude the following localities:

Pampanga
Tarlac

(*) Localities covered by the Metro Clark Advisory Council.[2]

Metro Clark also includes the Clark Freeport Zone.

Over the long term (beyond 20 years), the MCA shall expand into the Greater MCA that will further include Bamban, Magalang, Arayat, Sta. Rita, and Guagua.
