MiSTer

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

MiSTer is an open source project to implement various old computer architectures on a standardized field-programmable gate array (FPGA) platform, the DE10-nano.[1] The project makes various "cores", each of which configures the FPGA into a specific computer architecture. Unlike emulation, this approach essentially matches the original computers gate for gate.

Among the implemented systems are Commodore 64, Commodore Amiga (Minimig), Atari ST, NES, SNES, and many others.
