Michael Ouweleen (born 1967) is an American television executive and screenwriter. He is the President of Adult Swim, the late-night programming block broadcast on Cartoon Network. He was previously best known for co-creating the animated television series Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law, and is the executive producer of the show's spin-off, Birdgirl.[1] He was a long-time creative director at Cartoon Network since 1996, and ran content development and oversaw programming for the network in the mid-2000s.

In 2014, Ouweleen was named CMO of Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, and Boomerang at Turner Broadcasting System. In January 2020, Ouweleen became the interim President of Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Boomerang and Turner Classic Movies at Warner Bros. due to the departure of Christina Miller.[2] His stint as head of the division ended on July 1, 2020 with the appointment of Tom Ascheim to the position; he became President of Adult Swim at that point, reporting to Ascheim.[1]
