Michael Paul Holland[1] (born 1964)[2] is a United States Navy rear admiral who currently serves as the Chief of Staff of the United States Northern Command. Previously, he was the Director of Programming of the United States Navy.[3][4][5][6] Holland earned a bachelor's degree from Montana State University in 1987.[4]
