Michael T. Morrissey is a United States Army major general who has served as the Director for Test of the Missile Defense Agency from February 26, 2020. Previously, he served as the Commanding General of the 94th Army Air and Missile Defense Command from July 26, 2018 to February 11, 2020.[1][2][3][4][5]
