The Middleburg Historic District is a U.S. historic district located in Middleburg, Florida, located near Black Creek. Designated as such on March 9, 1990, the Middleburg Historic District contains five historic buildings, including the Clark-Chalker House, and runs from 3881 through 3895 Main Street and 2145 Wharf Street.
