Miguel Soler Roca (10 April 1922 – 19 May 2021) was an Uruguayan educational theorist.[1][2][3][4]

He was director of the  [es] (translated:Experimental School Nucleus of La Mina). He headed UNESCO's Division of Literacy, Adult Education and Rural Development. He became Doctor Honoris Causa from the University of the Republic (2006).

Soler died in Montevideo on 19 May 2021, aged 99.[1]
