Miguel Soler Roca (10 April 1922 – 19 May 2021) was an Uruguayan educational theorist.[1][2][3][4]
He was director of the UNESCO's Division of Literacy, Adult Education and Rural Development. He became Doctor Honoris Causa from the University of the Republic (2006).
