Mike MacIntosh

Mike MacIntosh (born 1944) was the senior pastor of in San Diego, California,[1] and is a Protestant leader in the United States.

MacIntosh left the hippie scene of the 1960s and got involved with Calvary Chapel after his conversion under the ministry of evangelist Lonnie Frisbee.[2] He then went on to pastor Horizon Christian Fellowship, a Calvary Chapel affiliate, beginning in 1974.[3] He is also the organizer of Festival of Life, an international evangelical outreach program.[4]

MacIntosh has also served as a chaplain for the San Diego Police Department,[5] and has been involved in post-9/11 rescue efforts in New York City, as documented in his book When Your World Falls Apart.
