Milica Gardašević (Serbian Cyrillic: Милица Гардашевић; born 28 August 1998) is a Serbian athlete specialising in the long jump.[1] She won a bronze medal at the 2019 European U23 Championships in Gävle. Earlier she won the gold at the 2017 European U20 Championships in Grosseto.

Her personal bests in the event are 6.64 metres outdoors (-0.9 m/s, Berane 2018) and 6.52 metres indoors (Jablonec nad Nisou 2019).
