Miltiadis "Miltos" Tentoglou (Greek: Μιλτιάδης Τεντόγλου;[2] born 18 March 1998) is a Greek track and field athlete who competes in the long jump. He won the gold medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics with a jump of 8.41 metres. He holds a personal best of 8.60 m (28 ft 2+1⁄2 in).[3][circular reference] Tentoglou has won the European title three consecutive times: at the 2018 European Championships, the 2019 European Indoor Championships and the 2021 European Indoor Championships
He competed at the 2015 World Youth Championships in Athletics and won a silver medal at the 2016 IAAF World U20 Championships.
