Milton Lewis, nicknamed "Red", was a Negro league second baseman in the 1920s.

Lewis made his Negro leagues debut in 1922. He played four seasons with the Bacharach Giants, and knocked a home run and eight hits for the club in their 1927 Colored World Series loss to the Chicago American Giants.[1] Lewis finished his career in 1928 with the Lincoln Giants.[2][3]
