Minonoa elvira is a moth in the family Dalceridae. It was described by Paul Dognin in 1909.^[1] It is found in Colombia. The habitat consists of tropical lower montane and premontane wet forests.

The length of the forewings is about 11 mm. The forewings are dark fuscous, except for a triangle pointing forward with its side on the inner margin. This triangle is yellow with white proximally. The hindwings are white-edged with dark fuscous around the margins. Adults are on wing from June to August.^[2]
