Mohamed Hamza (born 11 September 2000) is an Egyptian fencer and student at Princeton University. He competed in both the men's team foil event at the 2016 Summer Olympics and men's foil individual and team events at the 2020 Summer Olympics .[4] [5]

Some of his major achievements include:

  • Multiple gold, silver and bronze medals at Cadet (U-17) and Junior (U-20) World Cups
  • Cadet African Champion
  • Four time Junior African Champion
  • Gold and silver in the 2019 Senior African Championships
  • Gold and bronze in the 2019 African Games
  • Bronze medal at the 2019 Junior World Championships
  • Winning the world #1 title in Junior Men's Foil for the 2018/19 season
  • Placing 7th in individual Men's Foil at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
